Despite the fact that we have many critical tasks and priorities on our plate, from the past months we have been making an effort to measure relevant kpis that will help us to improve our overall performance.

It’s being a challenge to centralize some data automatically and build strong insights from it, since we use different internal platforms and diverse workflows. However, thanks to the support of Google Data Studio we have managed to cross data from other daily basis working tools and start having a more clear and updated kpis.

We’ll keep making an effort to introduce new elements to the current performance reports and build a more holistic way of sharing kpis with all Agroop’s stakeholders.
